Let Your Love Grow-Jack Blake
Saturday, September 14, 2024Good Morning,
We are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. And I am persuaded that neither death nor life nor angels, nor principalities nor powers nor things present nor things to to come nor height nor depth nor any other created thing shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8..37-39. God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. Romans 5.8. The love of Christ which surpasses all knowledge so we may be filled with all the fullness of God. Ephesians 3.19. If we are to have the mind of Christ, then we must let our love toward others grow just as His love for us. So let your love grow through study, knowledge and the doing of His commandments.
Hope everyone has a great Saturday. I am looking forward to being with you in the morning to express our love for God through worship.
Consider One Another-Jack Blake
Saturday, September 07, 2024Good Morning,
Let us consider one another, and not judge one another. Let us pursue things which make for peace and things that edify each other. And may the God of patience and comfort grant you to be likeminded toward one another according to Christ Jesus. Romans 14.12,19, Roman 15.5.
Exhort One Another-Jack Blake
Wednesday, September 04, 2024Good Morning,
Take heed brethren; lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God. But exhort one another daily, while it is called today; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin. Hebrews 3.12-13. Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God; and everyone that loves is born of God and knows God. Beloved if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another. 1 John 4.
Godly Love-Jack Blake
Saturday, August 31, 2024Good Morning,
Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God. For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.
1 John 4.7; John 3.16; 1 John 4. 11
To see what Godly love is and is not, read 1 Corinthians 13.4-8.
Be Anxious for Nothing-Jack Blake
Friday, August 16, 2024Good Morning,
Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication and with thanksgiving in your heart let your tests be known to God; and let the peace of God rule in your heart; it is a peace that surpasses all understanding and guards the hearts and minds through Jesus the Christ. And learn to be content in whatever state you are in. Life is too short and precious to waste on the trivial things of the world.
From Philippians 4. 6,11.
