“Anger-Jack Blake”
Categories: Forgiveness, Love, MercyGood Morning,
Let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; For the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God. (James 1.19-20). He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding; but the hasty of spirit exalts folly. (Proverbs 14.29). Let not angry words pass through the lips of the disciple towards others, for He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty; and he that rules his spirit than he who takes a city. (Proverbs 16.32). Beloved do not avenge yourselves. But rather give place to wrath; for it is written, "vengeance is mine, I will repay" says the Lord. Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake forgives you. ( Ephesians 4.32).
