Good Morning,  According to the scriptures, God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 1 John 1.5. And Jesus, the beloved Son of God, and son of man, confesses that He is the light of the world and whoever chooses to follow Him will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life. John 8.12. This Jesus also confesses that He is the way, the truth and the life and no one can come to the Father except through Him. John 14.6. And yet men reject His light preferring darkness instead, because they think sins are hidden in the darkness, and exposed in the light. But sin cannot be covered up or hidden from God. Wake up, America, while there is still time.

Good Morning,  Disappointments may come as we travel in this broken world, trials and temptations are sure to raise their ugly heads, but those who have obeyed the gospel and are grounded firmly and deep in the savior's love have a refuge in time of trouble, and His name is Jesus. So remain strong in your faith and courageous in your fight against the evils of the world for they will soon end, and not separate us from our God. Turn your eyes upon Jesus and He will help you endure. There is a way that seems right unto man, but its end is the way of death, but the steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in his way. Proverbs 16.25; Psalms 37.23.

Good Morning,  A friend asks a question: "Wouldn't life be better if people were as enthused and excited about the Lord's day as they are about Black Friday?" I answered, yes, yes it definitely would be. And true followers of the Lord are! Christians look forward to the first day of the week, "The Lord's day" with great joy, excited to be with others of like precious faith to study and hear the word of God. Our mind and thoughts are on heavenly things, which bring life. So shop on Black Friday if you wish, but whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks through Him, God the Father. Colossians 3.17.

Good Morning,  JESUS, the Christ, King of all kings, Lord of all lords is the one I have decided to follow, because He lives still today, seated at the right hand throne of God. He is my bread when I'm hungry, my shelter from troubled winds, my anchor in life's ocean, who has the words of eternal life. JESUS, my best friend, merciful, forgiving and full of grace towards us. JESUS my only reason for living. He is the way the truth and the life, the only way to the Father is through Him. JESUS, the only name under heaven by which we must be saved. JESUS, just and fair in His judgements, the one all will stand in front of on that great and glorious day to give an account of the things done on earth, in this body whether good or bad. We have no greater friend than JESUS, for there is no friend like the lowly JESUS, no not one.  These are just some of the reasons I try to take up my cross daily and follow JESUS. Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication and with thanksgiving in your heart let your tests be known to God; and let the peace of God rule in your heart; it is a peace that surpasses all understanding and guards the hearts and minds through Jesus the Christ.  And learn to be content in whatever state you are in.  Life is too short and precious to waste on the trivial things of the world.
