Good Morning,  Disciples of the Lord, do justly, love mercy and walk humbly with God. These things are required of all who love and wish to follow Him out of the grief, heartaches and sorrow of this life and into His eternal rest. Love the Lord with all your heart, soul and mind, and take up your cross daily and follow Him.  Take my hand precious Lord, lead me home.

Good Morning,  According to the scripture, we are to be buried into Christ's death through baptism, then as Christ was resurrected from death, we too arise to walk in newness of life. Romas 6. In this new life we are to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. Colossians 1.10. Christians are to grow in the character traits of godliness. This is accomplished through God's divine power, by which He grants us everything pertaining to life and godliness. For this reason also, we must apply diligently to our faith, virtue, knowledge, self control, steadfastness, godliness, brotherly affection, and love. For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord, Jesus the Christ. Therefore brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble. see 2 Peter 1. Having obeyed the gospel of Christ, we are in the Kingdom which He established. But heaven is not yet our home which is the eternal Kingdom we await. And we wait for it with eager anticipation. See Philippians 3.12-14; 23 Peter 3.11-13; 1 John 3.2,3.

iGood Morning,  Our salvation was obtained through Jesus the Christ, Son of God and the only name by which salvation is possible. He came, He taught, did many miracles, was rejected by His own, suffered and died by crucifixion for the sins of the world. In Him we live and move and have our being. Acts 17.28. Living for Jesus is to walk by faith with Him, in the light of His word, having the same mind as He, humble, loving, caring, merciful, forgiving others just as He has forgiven us. Philippians 2. Living for Jesus we will suffer persecution from the world and sometimes within the church. Living our life for Jesus is not always sunshine and roses. But quitting is never an option for those who choose to pick up their cross daily and follow Him. Living for Jesus is not for the weak and faint hearted. but for the strong and courageous who are striving to please Him.

Disciples of Christ are sons of light and sons of day. We are not of night nor darkness; those who sleep, sleep at night and those who get drunk, get drunk at night; we are not to sleep as others do, but at all times we are to be alert and sober, for we know not the hour when the Lord shall come, but scripture tells us that the day of the Lord will come like a thief in the night, He will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel and with then trumpet of God; See 1 Thessalonians chapter 5. and chapter 4.16. So rejoice always, pray without ceasing and in everything give thanks for this is God's will for you in Christ, Jesus. Come Lord Jesus!
