Good Morning,  There are many reasons to Glorify God. We should Glorify God in the power of His creation and in the power He displays in the universe; The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows His handiwork. Psalms 19.1. He causes the sun to rise from one end of heaven and complete its circuit by setting in the opposite end. In between the rising and the setting of the sun we see the brightness and the beauty of His creation. Glorify God! He has made the moon and the stars to rule and give light to the night. Glorify God! His word which is perfect, teaches us the moral values of this life making wise the simple; His statutes bring joy to the heart. Glorify God! He gave us His only Son, Jesus the Christ, who gave His life for our sins shedding His precious blood that cleanses the soul and washes away our sins giving us hope of eternal life. Glorify God! He has mercy on us and gives us His saving grace forgiving us our sins as we repent of them. Glorify God! Let us be thankful, praising and glorifying His holy name humbly and often.

Good Morning,  When the storms of life are raging deep inside, children of God, disciples of Christ, turn their eyes upon Jesus and turn the pages of His word where they find help from above with promise. For behold, God is our helper who has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of sound mind. To His servants the Lord has said; "fear not for I am with you. Be not dismayed for I am your God, I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand. I will never leave you nor forsake you." We trust in the Lord and obey His commandments and can say boldly, The Lord is my helper, I will not fear.  Man cannot be trusted, help cannot be found in treasures or other worldly things. Help is found in no other than the Lord.  Psalms 54.4; 2 Timothy 1.7; Isaiah 4.10;Hebrews 13.5-6.

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to His great mercy has caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to obtain an inheritance which is imperishable and undefiled and will not fade away, reserved in heaven for you, who are protected by the power of God through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1 Peter 1.3-5.  We have not seen God, but through the work of the Holy Spirit, we have seen His glorious works and we love and believe Him.  Our faith is more precious than gold and we should contend earnestly for it.

Progressivism refuses to acknowledge or accept the need for God in this life.  Progressives lean on man's own understanding which says there is no problem that can't be overcome and our goals can be achieved by our thinking and actions of our feelings.  We may have feelings of inward unrest but that can be resolved by our awareness of the situation and meditation.  All of our outward problems can be solved by science and technology.  God is not essential any longer and is even losing His place spiritually.  How sad is this?  We face the danger of war, there is hunger and disease. and you must admit there is an increase in suicide here and around the world, can it be our progress has many disillusioned and disturbed.  Maybe just maybe there is no human solution to our problems,  science and technology does not solve all our problems.  Truthfully we are unable to help ourselves where help is needed most.  Science and technology can help with life's lesser problems, but there is no denying we need help only God can supply.  We cannot solve the problem of sin nor the return to God alone.  The cross where Jesus died tells us the goodness of men is not good enough.
