Good Morning,  

In the stillness of the midnight, precious sacred scenes unfold. Early morning hours when it is peaceful and quiet, is my time to draw nearer to my God, meditating on His word, and praying with thanksgiving for all His blessings. In the heavens God's glory can be seen by the way he has arranged the Moon and stars to give light to the darkness. Then the sun rises to welcome us to another day He has made for us. I stand in amazement, of His amazing grace and love. What this day will bring I do not know, but I do not worry, for I know who rules in my heart and with Him I can do all things that strengthen me. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.

How can we not love our God, the God who created us?  The God who out of His deep love for us, sent His only begotten Son (Jesus) to descend to this low ground of sin and sorrow to die a most cruel and brutal death on a cross, just so we might have redemption for our sins and give us hope of eternal life and a reason to go on.  Our God, through the death, burial, and resurrection of His Son redeems us, and through His shed blood, cleanses us and washes away our every repented sin.  We are not perfect while here, but we should conduct our loves to bring glory, honor and praise to His name so others might see our good works and glorify Him also.  God wants no one to perish in their Sin, but wants all to repent, and obey Him.  

Father I pray for your forgiveness when we stumble or fall.  In Jesus Name, AMEN.  

How can we reject so great a salvation.  I will glorify the Lord.

Beloved, let us love one another; for love is of God.  For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.  Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love one another.

Plants need food, sunlight, water and air to help them grow and sustain them.  Also man's soul needs food (spiritual), the Son's light, pure living waters and God's breathed word to help us to grow in the spiritual realm and be productive in His Kingdom.  Being thankful, praising God.

It's such a pretty day today in St. John  The sun is brightly shining and God is showing His splendor and beauty in all the eye can see and the hands touch.

Father, thank you for this day you have provided for us, for your word on which we stand that guides us and gives us hope and reason to go on.  The heavens truly declare your glory and the firmament shows your handiwork. Psalms 19.1.  While even though our outward man is perishing yet the inner man is being renewed day by day 2 Corinthians 4.16, as we study your word to hear and do Your will.  Thank you, Father, for all you do to help us on our journey through this pilgrim land to our eternal, heavenly home.  In Jesus name we pray. AMEN
