The Steps of Christ-Jack Blake
Thursday, July 04, 2024Good Morning,
God's will is for us to do good so the ignorance of foolish men will be silenced. It is commendable before God if we suffer from doing good and take it with patience. It is to this we are called. As His disciples, we must follow the steps of Christ who left us an example by suffering for us. He threatened no one when reviled. He bore our sins in His own body, that we having died to our sins might live in righteousness. It is by His stripes we are healed. Make whatever you do today count for the glory of God.
See 1 Peter 2.
Not discouraged but be of good courage-Jack Blake
Thursday, June 27, 2024Good Morning,
We sometimes become discouraged in life. But help to overcome is as close as the scriptures. Though I walk in the midst of trouble, You will revive me. Psalms 138.7. Jesus said in John 14.1: "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in me. For "peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid." John 14.27. So let us not be weary in well doing, be of good courage and He will strengthen the heart of all that hope in the Lord. Psalms 31.24. Wait on the Lord.
Sheep in the Midst of Wolves-Jack Blake
Tuesday, June 25, 2024Christians are like sheep living in the midst of wolves because of the evil days we are in. Therefore we must not be foolish, but wise in our speech and understanding. Always keeping the will of the Lord, rejoicing in His goodness and always praying with thankful hearts to God the Father of our Lord, Jesus Christ. If we will let our light shine brightly, someone may see our good works and praise our Heavenly Father. So always love God, do good, hate and expose evil. This is the will of the Father for us.

Faith-Jack Blake
Wednesday, June 19, 2024Good Morning,
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen. Hebrews 11.1. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing the word of God. Romans 10.17. Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne. of God. Hebrews 12.2. The just shall live and walk by faith, not by sight. Romans 1.17; 2 Corinthians 5.7. Without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is the rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11.6. Jesus said, if thou can believe, all things are possible through Him. Mark 9.23. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world.
The importance of the resurrection of Jesus-Jack Blake
Saturday, June 15, 2024Good Morning,
The Apostles through Jesus Christ received grace and Aposleship by their obedience to their faith among all nations for His name. Jesus, our Lord was born of the seed of David according to the flesh, but declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness by the resurrection from the dead. Yet even His disciples, including the Apostles, after seeing all His miracles, and heard all of His preaching and had become believers Matthew 16.13-16, had their hopes weakened when Jesus was crucified. Their thoughts were since He was dead, He could not have been the Messiah. But they, even Thomas, understood the true meaning of the resurrection after they saw Him with their own eyes after He was resurrected from the dead. They were doubters at the crucifixion but they became evangelists and It was the resurrection that convicted their hearts and changed their minds.
