Our Attire for the Day-Jack Blake
Wednesday, June 26, 2024Good Morning,
Put on Love for it is the bond of perfection and let the word of God dwell in you richly and let the peace of God rule in your hearts. We are God's elect and as His elect we should have the same mind as He, putting on tender mercies, kindness, humility, meekness, and longsuffering. In all we do, it is God's will and our duty to do all to the glory of God in the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus the Christ, giving thanks to God, the Father, through Him. As God's children, we must take time to be holy, hold to God's unchanging hand, lean on His everlasting arms and He will light the way and brighten your day. This brethren is how to let our lights shine so others can see our good works, and glorify our Father in heaven.
My thoughts for this day which the Lord has made, and I fully intend to rejoice and be glad in it.Psalms 118.24.
Father, thank You for Jesus and for His word which we firmly stand and help us each day to put on the proper attire to face whatever life's challenges bring our way. in Jesus Name, AMEN
It is Jesus Who Calls Us-Jack Blake
Monday, June 24, 2024Good Morning,
Since the Wisdom of God, the world through wisdom, does not know God. But to all who wish to walk in the way of the Master, Christ is the power and the wisdom of God. So when the road you are traveling on through this pilgrim land becomes rough and rocky, hear the sweet voice of Jesus say: "Come unto Me I am the way.” Hear the blessed savior calling you and let Him take you by the hand and lead you on to that promised land. It is Jesus who calls us; It is Jesus who said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." It is Jesus who has been perfected; the author of eternal salvation to all who will obey Him.
See 1 Corinthians 1.21-24; Matthew 11.28; Hebrews 5.9.
Faith-Jack Blake
Wednesday, June 19, 2024Good Morning,
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things unseen. Hebrews 11.1. Faith comes by hearing, and hearing the word of God. Romans 10.17. Jesus the author and finisher of our faith, for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne. of God. Hebrews 12.2. The just shall live and walk by faith, not by sight. Romans 1.17; 2 Corinthians 5.7. Without faith it is impossible to please God, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is the rewarder of them that diligently seek Him. Hebrews 11.6. Jesus said, if thou can believe, all things are possible through Him. Mark 9.23. Faith is the victory that overcomes the world.
God's Will-Jack Blake
Friday, June 07, 2024Good Morning,
As disciples of Christ we are not to be conformed to this world, but is transformed by the renewing of the mind to prove what is the good and acceptable, and perfect will of God. Romans 12.2.
And does His will from the heart. for we are His servants. Ephesians 6.6. The disciple does not live any longer in the flesh for the lust of men, but for the will of God. 1 Peter 4.2. Those who belong to Christ have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires and lives and walks in the Spirit. Galatians 5.24-25.
True Worship-Jack Blake
Thursday, June 06, 2024Good Morning,
According to the scripture, the hour is coming and now is when, TRUE worshippers will worship the Father in Spirit and in TRUTH. For God is seeking such to worship Him, for God is Spirit. John 4.23-24. So there must be also false or UNTRUE worship that is unacceptable to the Father. In Matthew 15.8-9, Jesus said people draw near to Him with their mouth, but their heart is far from Him and they worship Him with vain worship, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men. And in Acts 17.23, Paul told the Athenians, they ignorantly worship God, ignorant of the truth about worship. So be careful how you worship our God and be absolutely sure you are worshipping God in an acceptable manner to Him according to His word and not the word of man, otherwise your worship is vain and God will reject it. Read, study and hear the "God breathed" word of God, because as Matthew 7.21 points out; "Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord shall enter the Kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. On that great day of judgement by the Lord there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, because of how we worship God here on earth. Matthew 8.12.
