Good Morning,

In the gospel of JOHN 13,34 it is written: "A new commandment I give to you (God's children jb) that you love one another as I have loved you, that you also love one another, for by this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another".  And then in JOHN 14.15, He said, "If you love Me, keep My commandments.  For He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me, and he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love Him and manifest Myself to him." V 21.  Jesus said it, I believe it,  For He is the way, the truth and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Jesus.  Maybe those who call themselves God's children should go back and read this again.

Good morning.

God has granted us another day to enjoy and serve Him.  Everything that one has, hopes to have and the many blessings we enjoy in our lives are an expression of God’s love for us, James 1:17. How can anyone ever repay Him for all the good He has done, and will continue to do for us in this life?  Jesus said it best in John 14:15, love Him and obey His words.  Yet, as simple as that sounds it’s a daily challenge for each of us.  One must submit and surrender their lives to Him by seeking His will first, Matthew 6:33.  His will must replace my will and that is a battle for each of us.  Yet, with Christ it can be accomplish,  Philippians 4:13.  Take time to talk with Him in prayer, read and mediate on His words and it will help us in fighting against our adversary the devil, 1 Peter 5:8.  God is good and we thank Him for His love and grace in our lives.  May we strive to be the best influence and example today so we can be of help in leading the sinner to Him and the benefits of the cross, Galatians 2:20. God gave some to be Apostles, some to be Prophets, some to be evangelists, some Pastors, and some teachers, for the perfection of the Saints, for the working of the ministry, for the edifying of the body Christ, which is His church. Ephesians 4.11-12.  Although His body is made up of different parts, all of the parts are to work together in unity, being of the sane mind and speaking the same thing so there is no division among us Jesus prayed for unity John 17.11,John 17.20-21.

The Lord will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, and in the night His song shall be with me-----A prayer to the God of my life. Psalms 42.8.  Let my prayer come before You; incline Your ear to my cry. Psalms 88.2.  Now therefore, our God, hear the prayer of Your servant. Daniel 9.17.  The fervent prayers of a righteous man availed much. James 5.16.  Prayer truly changes things.

Father, on bended knee we come to You this morning, with thanksgiving for your Son, Jesus, and for. Your word on which we firmly stand.  We pray for You to intercede in the lives of many who need Your help and strength and comfort this day. We especially pray for our brother Mark and ask that You help him and Cindy and their family as You see their needs during this time of testing and wanting good results from those tests.  Be with us, Father, and help us to be better servants to You.  Father, we look to You for guidance in this life and for your help in decisions that we make for problems we face from day to day.  May our decisions be acceptable to You, and according to Your will.  These thanks we give, these petitions we ask in Jesus name. AMEN

Good Morning,

Thinking and giving praise to my Lord this morning!  I praise Him for His power, strength and endurance, His word that guides us in this life and for His salvation. What a comfort and joy too be a child of His; He is the fountain of life, His words are the words of life. Jesus is the way, the truth and the life and there is no other way to the Father except through Him.  HOW CAN ANY ONE REFUSE THIS ONE WHO LOVES US SO?  How can those of us who have tasted of His goodness leave His side and go back to the destructive ways of this world.  Oh, how sweet to trust in Jesus just to take Him at His word.

Father, thank you for your loving Son, Jesus the Christ, who lived a life of sorrow and grief and was despised and rejected and finally crucified on that old rugged cross for our sins so we could have a more abundant life. Thank You for Your word and help us each day to recognize who You are and find the joy in following the pattern which was left for us in Your word.  AMEN.
