Good Morning,  All have sinned and fall short of God’s glory. Romans 3.23. And the wages of sin is still death. Romans 6.23. But while we were yet sinners and still helpless, at the right time, Christ died for us, the ungodly. And you will find salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved. Acts 4.12. Jesus, the way the truth and the life, no one comes to the Father except through Him. John 14.6. So turn your eyes upon Jesus, keep contending for the faith which was once for all handed down to the saints. Jude 3. Know and keep His commandments, remain faithful to the Master until death and you will receive the crown of life. Jesus promised and what He promises, He keeps.

Good Morning,  The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil causing some to stray from the faith in their greediness and pierce themselves through with many sorrows. See 1 Timothy 6.10. If we allow it, wealth can become an idol and when you draw that last fleeting breath all your worldly wealth will be left behind and then whose wealth will it be? There is nothing wrong with having honestly earned wealth while here, but if you become greedy and obsessed with it, you are treading on very shaky ground.

Good Morning,  If we are to desire life, to love life, and to see good days, scripture tells us we must keep our tongue from evil and lips from speaking deceit. We must turn from evil, do good, seek peace and pursue it. For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous, and His ears attend to their prayer, but the face of the Lord is against those who do evil. 1 Peter 3.10-12. James cautions us that the tongue is a restless evil and full of deadly poison.  Father, through Your word make us aware of the dangers of our words and deeds. Help us to refrain our lips from evil and our tongues from speaking deceit so we can live and love the good life on earth. In Jesus Name, AMEN

Amos 3.3.  Do not be bound together with unbelievers; for what partnership have righteousness and lawlessness, or what fellowship has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6.14. Disciples of Christ should always contend earnestly for the faith and walk in unity together following after righteousness, 1 Timothy 6.11, fearlessly proclaiming the word of God, 2 Timothy 4.2-4. Fellowship only with those who are walking in the light 1 John 1.6-7. Fear the Lord Ecclesiastes 12.13. Fill the heart with God’s word Psalm 119.11. Be forgiving Ephesians 4.26. Fix the mind on things above, Colossians 3.1-3. flee evil, do good.
